I'm happy somebody is cash flow positive while I'm struggling with being serviced properly. Appalling customer experience I was simply asking for a credit for a sixth license, and instead he deactivated my entire Dropbox for Business account and downgraded me to a personal account. I told them right away to undo what they had just done, and he claimed to be unable to do that and had to escalate it to a higher level. Since I'm not a business customer anymore even though they charged my credit card for a full year of service last week I can't even get a PIN number to call in and talk to someone.

They effectively shut down my business for the past four days, since we can't transfer or update files, yet they can't just reverse what some idiot did without any instructions or authorization from me, the customer, to do so?????

What is going on at Dropbox? This is indeed the way a sinking ship would act.
