Lords of shadow how long

I've played through the land of lycans and further on nearly to the end of the vampires land and I look at the map, I've completed like one fourth or even less but I'm already so damn tired of this game.

It's like I want to know what happens next and it's quite fun playing it but everytime I think of doing it I imagine this giant map with what, 15 chapters? And like I'm just finishing a fouth and how much rails I have to run through, how much boring climbing sections I need to complete and how many dudes I need to smack to see this whole story and I just feel screw that, I'd rather play something else.

It's the first time I'm having this, I'm deleting a game I liked and not even not finished but haven't even beaten the second boss of. This game is quite well met so I guess that's only me, but I really think they've done something wrong here, shouldn't have dragged this for so long, especially with the climbing that requires no player skills whatsoever and is clearly there just do prolong the game.
